The R1LP0408D is a 4-Mbit static RAM organized as 512-kword × 8-bit, fabricated by Renesas' high-performance CMOS and TFT technologies. The R1LP0408D realizes higher density, higher performance, and low-power consumption. The device offers low-power standby power dissipation. Therefore, it is suitable for battery backup systems.
