    No. φ output pin cannot be set as I/O port output pin. (There is no alternative settings.)

  3. Does the stack pointer have to be an even address?

    Please always set stack pointer contents to even addresses. Please refer to the "Operation when SP is set to odd" section of your corresponding product hardware manual for details.
