    Hi,I try to read eprom h8/3048.Use eprom programmer. From adr 000000 to 001FF0 show 00 and from 002000 to 01FFF0 can see the code. What does this mean? Dump security is enabled? 10x in advance!

  1. Is it possible to run the H8/3048BF (5V version) at 3.3V power supply ?

    No. The H8/3048BF (5V version) has embedded a step-down converter that breaks the Vcc power supply down to 3.3V for internal usage. The Flash module is also connected after the step-down converter. That means the step-down converter would not work correctly.
