The RL78/F1x and F2x series of 16‑bit MCUs are AEC‑Q100 automotive‑qualified and designed for ultra‑low‑power operation. The extensive portfolio—ranging from 8KB to 512KB Flash, 0.5KB to 40KB RAM, and 20 to 144 pins (QFN, LQFP, SSOP)—supports a wide range of application needs.
