Description

The Y-RH850-P1XC-156PIN-PB-T1-V1 Piggyback board supports all devices of the RH850/P1M-C series in 156pin-package. It can be used standalone or in combination with a mainboard of the RH850 evaluation platform. The modular RH850 evaluation platform consisting of mainboards and piggyback boards is a platform for evaluating the features and performance of Renesas 32-bit RH850 microcontrollers.

Features

  • Can be used with all mainboards of the RH850 evaluation platform.
  • Socket for mounting the MCU [NOTE: MCU is not included, needs to be ordered separately].
  • Three banana jacks (4mm, 2x red, 1x black) for supply of 3.3V device voltage and 1.2V core voltage.
  • The option to supply the core voltage from the onboard voltage regulator is also supported.
  • General purpose signal LEDs [8x yellow].
  • Reset circuit/switch.
  • Jumpers for device mode selection.
  • 14-pin debug connector for Renesas or 3rd party emulator connectivity
    • offering LPD (4pin) and JTAG debug connection support
    • offering serial flash programming support for the RH850 on-chip flash memory.
  • Each pin of the device is accessible via 2.54 mm pitch connector (single row).
  • External clock circuit with an exchangeable 16MHz crystal resonator.
