SLG59M1641V Evaluation Board

The SLG59M1641V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59M1641V GreenFET dual P-channel reverse-blocking load switch, enabling verification of its dual-channel switching operation and reverse-current protection features. Dedicated sense test points are included for accurate R_DS(on) characterization during evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
