Overview

The SLG59M1563V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59M1563V GreenFET single N-channel reverse-blocking load switch, enabling validation of its switching performance and reverse-current protection functionality. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate R_DS(on) characterization during device testing. These test points are intended for evaluation purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
