SLG59H1405V Power Multiplexer with Reverse Current Blocking Evaluation Board

The SLG59H1405V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59H1405V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are provided for R_DS(on) evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
