Overview

The SLG59H1313C evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1313C high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are included for accurate R_DS(on) characterization during device evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
