Overview

The SLG59H1128V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1128V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling validation of its switching behavior and power management performance in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate R_DS(on) characterization during device testing. These test points are intended for evaluation purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
