Overview

The SLG59H1127V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1127V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling characterization of its switching performance and power management capabilities in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points are included for accurate R_DS(on) measurements, supporting detailed analysis of device behavior during evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
