Overview
The SLG59H1126V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1126V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling analysis of its switching characteristics and power management performance in high-voltage systems. Dedicated sense test points support accurate RDS(on) characterization during device evaluation and testing. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
