SLG59H1120V High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switch with Programmable OVP and Analog Current Monitor Output Evaluation Board

The SLG59H1120V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1120V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate R_DS(on) characterization, supporting detailed evaluation of device performance during testing. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
