Overview
Description
The RTKA489206DK0000BU evaluation kit and GUI is used to evaluate the features of the RAA489206 16-cell battery front end (BFE) IC. A battery front end is an essential component of any battery management system (BMS), which periodically scans battery status and the operating environment to optimize battery life and prevent catastrophic failures.
The RAA489206 GUI is built on top of Excel using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA 1.00). It is designed to allow users to perform detailed evaluation of the RAA489206 and also includes a simplified demonstration GUI.
