Description

The ISL91302B40-EVZ platform allows quick evaluation of the ISL91302B high performance features, which is capable of providing a 4-phase single output. The output can deliver up to 5A continuous output current per phase, giving a total output of 20A. The ISL91302B uses the proprietary Renesas R5 modulator technology to maintain accurate voltage regulation, while providing excellent efficiency and transient response. It also supports the standard I2C and SPI communication protocols, ideal for systems using a single-cell battery.

Features

  • Small, compact design
  • Supports both I2C and SPI bus communication protocols
  • Adjustable VOUT and independent DVS control for both channels
  • Real-time fault protection and monitor (OC, UV, OV, OT)
  • Six layer board design optimized for thermal performance and efficiency
  • Connectors, test points, and jumpers for easy measurements
  • Built-in load transient circuits for each output channel

Applications

  • Smart phones and tablets
  • FPGA and ASIC power
  • Industrial MPU power
  • Human machine interface

  1. ISL91212A

Hello, I need 20A output from ISL91212A/B or ISL91302B. Since ISL91302B is not in stack I wander if is it possible to use ISL91212A with 4-phases single output configuration? If the 4 outputs have 90 degrees phase difference between each other than I suppose it should work ...
