78K0R/Fx3 is our automotive qualified family of 16-bit microcontrollers which offers a cost effective solution for higher performance low-end body applications.

  • Minimum instruction execution time can be changed from high speed (42 ns: @ 24 MHz operation with highspeedsystem clock) to ultra low-speed (33 μs: @ 30 kHz operation with internal low-speed oscillator)
  • General-purpose register: 8 bits x 32 registers (8 bits x 8 registers x 4 banks)
  • On-chip single-power-supply flash memory (with prohibition of chip erase/block erase/writing function)
