78K0/Kx2

78K0/Kx2 microcontrollers are the next generation of the low pin count 78K0S/Kx1+ microcontrollers and provide verious safety features such as flash only lineups including OSC, and comprehensive & low cost development tools.

    • Standard products, (A) grade products: VDD = 1.8 to 5.5 V
    • (A2) grade products: VDD = 2.7 to 5.5 V

 

  • Max. frequency: 20 MHz
  • ROM capacities: 8 KB to 128 KB flash memory
  • RAM capacities: 512bytes to 7 KB
  • Packages :
    • 30-pin plastic SSOP and 36-pin plastic FLGA package
    • 38-pin SSOP, 44-pin plastic LQFP and 48-pin plastic LQFP package
    • 52-pin plastic LQFP package
    • 64-pin plastic LQFP, plastic TQFP, plastic FLGA and plastic FBGA package
    • 80-pin plastic LQFP, 80-pin plastic LQFP (fine pitch) package"

 

  • Minimum instruction execution time can be changed from high speed (0.1 μs: @ 20 MHz operation with highspeedsystem clock) to ultra low-speed (122 μs: @ 32.768 kHz operation with subsystem clock)
