Description
The RL78/F14 starter kit includes the RL78/F14 target board QB-R5F10PPJ-TB and the E2 Lite, a Renesas Electronics on-chip-debug emulator with programming function.
Together with the software available on this landing page you can directly start evaluation of all microcontroller operations.
Features
- Target board QB-R5F10PPJ-TB which contains an RL78/F14 device with 100 pins and 256kB Code Flash memory, 8kB Data Flash memory, and 20KB RAM. 4MHz resonator and 32.768kHz resonator are mounted. Flash memory programming and on-chip debugging (using TOOL0 pin) are supported.
