The RH850/P1M microcontroller is low power consumption and has up to 2MB flash and up to 128KB RAM lineup and enhanced motor control timer, CAN interface, digital interface for sensors such as SENT and PSI5, and safety functions such as lockstep CPU, ECC, BIST (Built-in Self Test) and ECM (Error Control Module), and is suitable for chassis systems.
