Torque Control System

Overview

Description

In industries such as automotive, electronics, and manufacturing, the precision of torque applied during assembly is critical. Incorrect torque can lead to product failures, safety issues, or damage to components. Various industrial equipment, like screw-tightening machines and torque testers, need to control motor rotation while measuring torque to ensure consistent application, maintaining product uniformity and quality.

This torque control system uses an MCU with a high-precision analog front-end to input torque measurement signals into the motor control system. By performing feedback control, it achieves high-resolution torque control in a straightforward and efficient configuration.
