Low-Voltage CMOS (LVC)

Renesas low-voltage CMOS (LVC) logic solutions provide high performance for low-voltage applications. Compatible with industry-standard components, these devices operate at 3.3V and 2.5V, support 5V tolerance, and are ideal for hot insertion. They feature a unique design with no clamp diodes to VDD on inputs or outputs, allowing seamless interfacing with voltages higher than VDD. Our robust portfolio includes options tailored to specific needs, such as high drive for heavy loads, balanced drive for reduced noise and improved waveform control, and bus-hold, which retains the last active state on a bus without an active driver.
