Description

Industries are increasingly adopting wireless technology, driven by the need for real-time monitoring, improved safety, and cost-effective installation. Traditional wired pressure sensors are difficult and expensive to install, especially in remote locations like manufacturing environments with pressurized gases and liquids. In case of a failure or leak, these sensors may not provide timely alerts, leading to downtimes, safety hazards, or reduced product quality.

This wireless pressure sensor design addresses these challenges by eliminating extensive wiring, allowing for easier and more flexible installation. Wireless connectivity via Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) enables real-time data transmission, while a high-resolution analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in the signal conditioner ensures accurate pressure readings. Additionally, the design's buck-boost power architecture maximizes battery life, supporting long-term operation.
