       •Add the patch to improve the response time of the UART driver.
Oct 31, 2022 : Linux Package [5.10-CIP] V1.3.0, Upgraded the followings:
       •Yocto: Upgraded from 2.3.4 to 3.1.14.
       •Linux kernel: Upgraded from 4.19.165-cip41 to 5.10.83-cip1.
       •Build environment (Linux OS): Upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64bit.
