説明
RAA227063は、3相ブラシレスDC（BLDC）モータ用のスマートゲートドライバICです。 最大3つのNチャネルMOSFETブリッジを駆動できる3つのハーフブリッジ・スマートゲートドライバにより、4.5V～60Vのブリッジ電圧に対応しています。 各ゲートドライバは、最大1Aソース、2Aシンクのピーク駆動電流をサポートし、プログラム駆動力制御が可能です。
強固で柔軟性のあるデッドタイムの調整が可能です。また、アクティブゲート保持機構により、ミラー効果によるクロスコンダクションを防ぎます。
