説明
ISL6721は、ブースト、フライバック、絶縁出力構成など、幅広いDC/DC変換アプリケーション向けに設計された、低消費電力のシングルエンド電流モードPWMコントローラです。ピーク電流モード制御は、電力過渡を効果的に処理し、過電流保護を提供します。また、過電圧や過電流シャットダウン時に電源電流が200μA未満に低下する低消費電力モードも備えています。この先進的なBiCMOS設計は、低動作電流、1MHzまでの調整可能な動作周波数、調整可能なソフトスタート、ノイズに敏感なアプリケーション向けに発振器を外部クロックに固定できる双方向SYNC信号を備えています。
