FS1023は増幅回路とフローハウジングを備えた基盤にMEMSフローセンサを搭載した製品です。
FS1023は液体媒体を測定できます。センサはサーモパイル・センシングを採用しており、優れたS/N比を実現し、低電力が要求されるアプリケーションに最適です。低流量でも高感度であり、応答時間も非常に高速です。
上流側と下流側のサーモパイルのセットは、シングルエンド回路で独立して使用することも、差動構成で接続することも可能です。上流と下流の各サーモパイルは0V～4.5Vの出力を持つアンプに接続されています。
