ISL28213は、電源電圧範囲が1.8V～5.5Vの低電力デュアルチャネル汎用、RRIO（レール・ツー・レール）入出力オペアンプです。主な特徴は室温で最大130µA/chの低電源電流、低バイアス電流、広範囲入力電圧であり、ISL28213デバイスは幅広いアプリケーションに対応する優れた汎用オペアンプとして使用することができます。ISL28213はMSOP8、SOIC8、SOT23-8のパッケージが用意されています。また、このデバイスは-40℃から+125℃の拡張温度範囲で動作します。
