説明
The SLG59M1649V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59M1649V GreenFET single P-channel reverse-blocking load switch, enabling analysis of its load-switching behavior and reverse-current blocking performance. Dedicated sense test points support accurate RDS(on) measurements during device characterization and are intended for evaluation purposes only. These test points are not designed to carry high currents.
