説明
The SLG59M1448V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59M1448V GreenFET single N-channel load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management functionality. Dedicated sense test points are provided for RDS(on) characterization, allowing precise evaluation of device performance under test conditions. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
