説明
The SLG59M1446V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59M1446V GreenFET single N-channel load switch, enabling characterization of its load-switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are included for accurate RDS(on) evaluation, supporting detailed analysis of device performance during testing. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
