概要
The SLG59H1405V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59H1405V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are provided for RDS(on) evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
