説明
The SLG59H1128V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1128V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling validation of its switching behavior and power management performance in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate RDS(on) characterization during device testing. These test points are intended for evaluation purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
