SLG59H1017V High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switch Evaluation Board

The SLG59H1017V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1017V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling validation of its switching performance and power management capabilities in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points enable accurate RDS_ON characterization, supporting detailed analysis of device behavior during evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
