SLG59H1016V High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switch Evaluation Board

The SLG59H1016V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1016V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling analysis of its switching characteristics and power management functionality in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points enable accurate RDS_ON characterization, supporting detailed evaluation of device performance during testing. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
