EHB (Embedded Host Bridges)

Our embedded host bridges (EHB) serve as the central hub connecting host processors, system memory, and input/output (I/O) devices. An integral part of system communication, host bridges enable seamless access to shared memory for the host processor and system I/O. They also provide a crucial link for system control, allowing the host processor and system controller to configure and manage I/O operations effectively. Designed to meet diverse system requirements, our EHBs deliver reliable and optimized performance—whether supporting discrete processors or compact embedded integrated controllers.

PowerSpan II

The PowerSpan II™, available in single or dual PCI variants, is a multi-port PCI bus switch, bridging PCI to processors. Its cutting-edge switched PCI architecture delivers unmatched flexibility, enhancing transfer concurrency, efficiency, and burst performance. Features include integrated PCI-to-PCI bridging, concurrent prefetch read, multi-port DMA operation, and CompactPCI Hot Swap support.

QSpan II

The QSpan II™ is a system interconnect device that bridges NXP processors to the PCI bus for faster and more cost-effective development of PCI-based embedded products. Designed for seamless integration, the QSpan II connects the PowerQUICC™ and QUICC™ MC68360 processors to the PCI bus without additional components. It is also backward compatible with the QSpan 1.2.
