Description
The SSTVF16859B is a DDR 13-bit to 26-bit registered buffer for DDR memory modules, including DDRI (PC1600, PC2100), DDR333 (PC2700), and DDRI-400 (PC3200). The device is recommended for SSTL_2 compatible data registers.
