Renesas radiation-hardened (rad-hard) current sense amplifiers offer excellent performance for a wide range of applications, including overcurrent fault detection, system feedback control, and system diagnostics. These devices are fabricated on our proprietary PR40 silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process to provide highly reliable performance in space applications while delivering industry-leading current-sensing accuracy.
