Overview

Description

The SLG46517 provides a small, low-power component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The user creates their circuit design by programming the one-time programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the I/O pins, and the macrocells of the SLG46517. This highly versatile device allows for a wide variety of mixed-signal functions to be designed within a very small, low-power single integrated circuit.

  1. SLG46517M PFET Power Switch

Dear, I'm using the device SLG46517M which has two P-FET power switches. Now, I'm testing the device in emulation mode. Here I attach my simplified design of the circuit. The problem is that when the switch is off, the Vout node has too large spike and the ...

  2. analog signal delay

Dear, There are several delay components in SLG46517M chip as I know, and I want to give few micro seconds of delay to analog signal. I set the pin as Analog input/output and made a delay component by using "combination function components",  then I found that it's ...

  3. Is it possible to detect the GreenPAK device type via I2C?

Hi, I am wondering if the type of the GreenPAK device is readable via I2C?This would help to adapt SW to cope with different GreenPAK devices, which may have a different register layout but similar functionality. It seems that the programmer is able to do that. Is is also ...
