REAR56953A/REAR56953B Block Diagram
Description
The REAR56953B IC is designed for detecting supply voltage and resetting all types of logic circuits, such as CPUs. The device includes a built-in delay circuit to provide the desired retardation time simply by adding an external capacitor. These ICs find extensive applications, including battery checking circuits, level detecting circuits, and waveform shaping circuits.
