Description

READ2354J is a dual CMOS operational amplifier with full-range input and output designed to provide high drivability and a high slew rate. This IC can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 2.5V and can withstand a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -40 ˚C to +125 ˚C. It is available in ultra-small 8-pin TSSOP packages.
