The QCIOT030-ISL76683EVZ board enables quick prototyping of the ISL76683 light-to-digital output sensor for custom system designs. The ISL76683, an integrated light sensor with an internal ADC, provides four user-programmable lux sensitivity ranges, optimizing performance across various lighting conditions. Its I²C interface enables multi-function control and remote monitoring, while a software power-down mode reduces power usage to less than 1μA. The board features Pmod™ connectors on both sides, allowing additional Type 6/6A boards to be daisy-chained with multiple sensors on the same MCU Pmod connector. Thanks to its standard connector and software support, the QCIOT030-ISL76683EVZ is an excellent choice for rapidly creating an IoT system with the Renesas QuickConnect platform.
