V850ES/Fx3(Non Promotion)

The V850ES/Fx3 is supported only for the customers who have already adopted any of the products.

For new adoption, please consider RH850/F1L or RH850/F1H products.

  • Package: 64-pin, 80-pin, 100-pin, 144-pin, 176-pin QFP package
  • Note: In the 3.3 to 3.5 V power range, there are restrictions on operating frequency and functions. Please see the user's manual for details.
