RX200 entry-level microcontroller with minimum number of peripherals


The RX220 Group of products is the slimmed-down version of the higher model RX210 Group, and has very high compatibilility in terms of pin arrangement and on the software level.

Please search for your resonator on its manufacturer's site linked below. If you require optimal oscillation circuit constants for your particular system, please ask the manufacturer of the oscillator.


For Main clock resonator :

KYOCERA: For IC Manufacturer, select Renesas Electronics, and then for IC Family, select RX220. Or, search for R5F5220 in the IC Part Number field.

Murata Manufacturing: For IC Manufacturer, select Renesas Electronics, and enter R5F5220 into the IC Part Number search box.


For Sub clock resonator :
