-M4 CPU core running up to 48 MHz, 256 KB of flash memory, and 32 KB of SRAM. It includes a segment LCD controller, Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit, USB 2.0 Full-Speed, 14-bit A/D Converter, 12-bit D/A Converter, temperature sensor, and safety and security features.
Appliance Control
Simultaneous control using precision timers, analog measurement, capacitive touch input, and multiple I/O, make the S3A6 Group MCUs an excellent fit for home appliance applications. The S3A6 Group’s self-test capability, in compliance with IEC 60730 Household Appliance Safety Standards, simplifies product certification.
