Renesas Electronics provides schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D CAD models, and simulation models for many products in industry-standard formats to help shorten development time.
EDA Symbols and CAD Models
To aid in getting your design off the ground quickly, Renesas offers EDA Symbols and CAD Models for many of our popular products. Schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and 3D CAD models from SamacSys can be found on the Product Options tables on product pages on the website. If a symbol or model isn’t available, it can be requested directly from the website.
EDA Symbols from Ultra Librarian are also available for many of our popular products. Users can download schematic symbols and PCB footprints in a vendor-neutral BXL file format. The Ultra Librarian Free Reader, which is provided as a free download, can then be used to quickly export symbols into a number of popular EDA tool formats.
You can download simulation data such as SPICE parameters or IBIS models for many Renesas products. Simply visit the product page to locate the model information. You can also use the Documents & Downloads search page to find simulation model files.
