Renesas introduces the second generation RZ/G series of 64-bit microprocessors (MPU) with verified Linux package. The RZ/G2 MPUs offer high performance, high reliability embedded microprocessors with advanced graphics for next generation Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) on industrial and building automation systems.
The demo is a proof of concept for real-time performance on Renesas RZ MPUs. It shows the differences in audio quality captured from Linux CIP environment with and without PREEMPT_RT patch.
