The V850E/Ix4 and V850E/Ix4-H are 32-bit single-chip microcontrollers that use the V850E1 CPU core and incorporate ROM/RAM and various peripheral functions such as DMA controller, timer/counter, watchdog timer, serial interfaces, USB function controller, A/D converter, and on-chip debug function and enable an extremely high cost-performance for applications such as motor inverter control.
