Description

The SLG7MD47701 is a versatile solution for Full and Half-Bridge motor driving applications, featuring configurable outputs for precise motor control via AIN1, AIN2, PWM, and the nSLEEP pin. Optimized for low-voltage and battery-powered motor control applications, this compact device is ideal for small, power-efficient designs. Integrating driver FETs and control circuitry, it reduces system component count and minimizes energy consumption. The low-power operation, combined with a sleep mode activated via the nSLEEP pin, ensures high efficiency. Built-in protection features, such as undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown, guarantee safe and reliable performance in a variety of environments.
