Overview
Description
The SLG59M1557V single P-channel load switch is designed for load switching applications with ultra-low quiescent current. The part comes with one 28.5mΩ 1.0A rated P‑channel MOSFET controlled by a single ON control pin. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.0mm x 1.0mm package.

- Input voltage range: 1.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 5.5V

- 28.5mΩ at 5.0V
- 36.4mΩ at 3.3V
- 60.8mΩ at 1.8V
- 77.6mΩ at 1.5V
- Ultra-low quiescent current
- OFF: 0.02µA typical
- ON: 0.05µA typical
- Options with or without internal VOUT discharge circuitry
