Description
The RZ/T1-M microcontrollers, featuring an Arm® Cortex®-R4 processor with a floating-point unit (FPU), are engineered for high-performance real-time processing, operating at speeds of up to 450 MHz. Equipped with an MDIO interface, the RZ/T1-M series is well-suited for applications such as optical modules. Its compact 6×6mm package also contributes to significant space savings.
